If you do any form of blogging or social networking, you probably have heard of a little social networking site called MyBlogLog. This site was designed to focus on the blogging community that is based in part on interactions facilitated by a popular web widget that many members install on their blogs. If you are not using this site and you are a blogger, you are losing traffic and the opportunity to network with other bloggers in your niche.
Most people that use this service use it solely to network with other bloggers within their industry and not for traffic. If used correctly, you could bring targeted traffic to your website easily on a daily basis. It truly is a bloggers dream because it sends free targeted traffic to your website, allows you to network with other bloggers within your industry, and also allows you to create a community around your website within the service.
Instead of me telling you all the steps that it takes to get tons of traffic to your website, I have created a list of posts that explains just that and much more. It is no sense of me trying to reinvent the wheel when other people have already done the research and work for it.
Here are the posts that I think will help you out when trying to get traffic from MyBlogLog:
How to Use MyBlogLog to Successfully Build Massive Blog or Website Traffic
Five Ways to Use MyBlogLog to Generate Traffic
How to Use MyBlogLog to Increase Blog Traffic
Those posts should give you a pretty good start on getting more traffic to your blog using the service. Make sure that you join the Linkers Blog community on there. I have provided you with the link below for you to join.
If anyone would like to share any of their different MyBlogLog traffic strategies, feel free by posting a comment below

I’ve been using mybloglog but I don’t exactly know how to use it. THanks for the link, I’ll check it now and study it.
Just want to add:
Other than a tool for forming social networking community, there is also widget which you can insert to your website and use it to track where your visitors are coming from and what they click on your website. It also shows the number of clicks going to adsense ads as well which I think is great.

Hi,
As an Atlanta Ga Marketing and Savannah GA Marketing specialist, I found this article to be very helpful. My Blog Log helps me to network with other people in my industry and additionally helps me find new Internet Marketing customers.

MyBlogLog tracks your visitor movements from their code, and they know ALL your stats…. so I wouldn’t really recommend it. A better one is Blog Catalog.

I’ve noticed that myself. It’s like a snowball or domino effect 1 becomes 10 and before you know it… your not so popular anymore.

Great Post. Absolute FANTASTIC!!
i’ve used mybloglog before and it didn’t really do much for me traffic-wise. i think it’s because it came out when that whole PPP thing was around and then when the craze was over, the whole blogging community kinda went dead. or i’m just not doing it right LMAO
